Scope
You acknowledge and understand that Zentramatch Matrimony acts as an Intermediary as defined under clause (1) sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Zentramatch Matrimony is a platform that facilitates users to register themselves (by filling mandatory and optional fields, if any) to voluntarily search for profile(s) from Zentramatch's database of already registered users, for the purpose of seeking prospective lawful matrimonial alliances for themselves. While Zentramatch's retail store may assist you in creating your profile, a valid/operational mobile phone number and an email ID are necessary. The profiles in Zentramatch's database are broadly classified based on various criteria for the convenience of its members/customers. Zentramatch Members are granted free/paid access to search profiles from Zentramatch's database, according to the partner preferences set by them (on the Website/Applications - (App)) and can shortlist the profiles of interest.
Zentramatch Matrimony Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Zentramatch Matrimony website and mobile application (collectively, the Service). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Introduction
Zentramatch Matrimony is a platform designed to facilitate meaningful connections and marriages between compatible individuals. We strive to provide a safe and secure environment for our users to connect and build relationships.
Eligibility:

● Furthermore, as a Zentramatch member, you confirm that you:
● Are 18 years or above (if you are a woman) or 21 years or above (if you are a man).
● If you have applied for Divorce, you may register on our website/App by stating Awaiting Divorce.
● If you are a resident of any other country, you are legally competent to marry as per the local rules applicable to your country, and you shall comply with the Indian laws for marrying a person of Indian Origin.
● If you are a Registrant of the prospective bride/bridegroom and have created a profile on the Zentramatch Website/App on their behalf or are accessing the Zentramatch Website/App on their behalf, it implies that you have obtained their consent for their profile creation on Zentramatch and for accessing the Zentramatch Website/App.
Use of the Service
The Service is intended for personal use only to facilitate matchmaking and forming meaningful connections. You agree not to use the Service for any commercial purposes or any unlawful activity.

Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant Zentramatch Matrimony a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and translate your content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service.
User Content
Your User Content refers to any material (text, images, audio, video, etc.) that you submit to Zentramatch Matrimony. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Zentramatch Matrimony a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and translate your User Content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with these Terms and does not violate the rights of any third party.
User Content Disclaimer
Zentramatch Matrimony does not endorse or control the content submitted by users and is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or legality.
Matching and Communication
Zentramatch Matrimony attempts to facilitate matches between users based on compatibility criteria. However, we cannot guarantee that you will find a partner through the Service.
We encourage you to use your best judgment when communicating with other users and to take precautions for your own safety.
License to Use

Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, OTP (one-time password), etc.
Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Zentramatch will never ask for your password.

Role and Responsibility of Zentramatch
Zentramatch displays your profile information as you register on the platform (' as is' and as available).
Zentramatch shares your profile with other registered members within the Zentramatch platform and potentially other matrimonial websites owned by the same company .
Zentramatch acts as an interface for members to search for potential partners independently. We do not provide assistance with matchmaking.
Profile searches and suggested matches are generated automatically based on your partner preferences. Changes to your preferences may update your search results.
Zentramatch does not restrict members from expressing interest in your profile or contacting you based on their preferences. You have the option to accept or reject their interest.
Zentramatch cannot guarantee any specific results from using the service or other matrimonial websites owned by .
Zentramatch uses security measures to protect user information, including secure coding practices, authentication mechanisms, access controls, and encryption techniques.
Zentramatch cannot guarantee complete protection of user data during transmission or prevent tampering by malicious third parties.
Zentramatch offers a Secure Connect feature specifically for women. This feature allows women to receive calls from premium members without revealing their contact information. Women have the sole discretion to respond.
Zentramatch does not authenticate or endorse any member profile information. You are responsible for verifying the information provided by other users.
Role and Responsibility of Members
You are responsible for creating a strong password during profile creation, combining uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers.
You are required to provide any information requested by Zentramatch to use the Service.
You are responsible for verifying the credentials and information of potential matches, including marital status, education, finances, occupation, character, health, etc., before making a decision. Zentramatch is not liable for misrepresentations by members.
You are responsible for verifying the credentials of potential matches during video calls. We are not liable for any misbehavior or misrepresentation during such interactions. Refer to the Safe Matrimony link for guidance.
For better search results, members are expected to provide recent photographs (no more than 3 months old). Uploading old photographs, photographs of others, or inaccurate information is a violation of these Terms, and Zentramatch reserves the right to take action under Clause 2(b).
Members are expected to disclose their health records during profile creation, including any pre-existing illnesses or disabilities. Non-disclosure is a violation of these Terms, and Zentramatch reserves the right to take action under Clause 2(b).

Term and Termination
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or Zentramatch Matrimony. We may terminate your access to the Service for any reason, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country].
Changes to Terms

Medium of Communication to Zentramatch Members
By becoming a Zentramatch member, you hereby consent to receiving communications, including promotional communications, through any medium such as electronic mails, calls, SMS, or through WhatsApp messages from [Zentramatch Matrimony Company Name] or other portals owned by [Zentramatch Matrimony Company Name] or their alliance partners.
Zentramatch, through its automated system, sends profiles of potential matches to its members by way of images, documents, messages, or links. As a Zentramatch member, you confirm that the mobile number submitted for verification or any alternative number provided is not registered with the Do Not Disturb / National Customer Preference Register, and you shall refrain from initiating any complaints. Furthermore, you confirm that even if your number is registered with the telecom service provider under the category Do Not Disturb / National Customer Preference Register, calls from Zentramatch to the verified mobile number or alternative number provided shall not be treated as promotional calls.
You are entitled to set up your communication frequency preferences with Zentramatch, such as receiving communications only on weekends or fortnightly, etc. Additionally, you may opt-out of receiving any calls from Zentramatch by selecting the appropriate option on the Website/App. However, by doing so, you agree to receive calls from Relationship Managers of Assisted Matrimony/Elite Matrimony for contacting you as a shortlisted profile for their registered members.
Third-Party Websites
A. Third-Party Advertisements: You understand and agree that Zentramatch Matrimony (Zentramatch) may allow third-party advertisements on the website and app. Zentramatch does not control the content of these advertisements.
B. Links to Third-Party Websites: Websites linked from Zentramatch are not governed by these Terms and Conditions. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and those terms will prevail in case of any conflict. Zentramatch does not endorse, verify, or certify these third-party websites or their content. Clicking on links to third-party websites is at your own risk.
C. Third-Party Services: Zentramatch may allow third parties to offer services like horoscope matching on the website/app. Zentramatch may collect payment for these services and may have revenue-sharing agreements with such third parties. However, Zentramatch is not liable for any issues arising from these third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
A. Limitation of Damages: Zentramatch or its officers shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website/app, third-party websites, or Zentramatch services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from such use.
B. No Guarantee of Matches: Exchanging profiles through Zentramatch does not constitute a matrimonial offer, recommendation, or guarantee from Zentramatch.
C. Maximum Liability: Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms, Zentramatch's total liability to you for any cause will be limited to the amount you paid for a specific Zentramatch paid package, if any.
Unavailability of Profiles from Other Websites:

By utilizing our Zentramatch services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zentramatch, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any person through improper use of the service provided by Zentramatch. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive indefinitely.
Termination:
Zentramatch reserves the right to terminate the services for any breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any amount paid to Zentramatch by you shall be forfeited. Upon termination/suspension of Zentramatch membership, your right to use or access the Zentramatch Website/App and Zentramatch services will cease immediately. All provisions of these terms and conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, disclaimers and limitations of liability. Termination of your access to and use of the Zentramatch Services shall not relieve you of any obligations arising or accruing prior to such termination.
Governing Laws and Arbitration:
The Terms & Conditions are exclusively governed by the Laws of India (Jurisdiction). The Parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes informally. We are interested in resolving any Disputes amicably and informally, and we encourage you to contact us before resorting to arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within the specified time frame, then such dispute may only be resolved through individual arbitration conducted in accordance with the provisions of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator. Disputes Between Members
Member Responsibility for Communication and Transactions: Zentramatch Matrimony (Zentramatch) is not responsible for any communication (through any medium) between members, including emails, chats, interactions, WhatsApp messages, or any other form of communication that occurs via the website/app or otherwise. Zentramatch expressly disclaims any liability for:
Zentramatch's Role in Disputes: Zentramatch has no obligation to monitor disputes arising between members. Zentramatch will not be a party to any such disputes or legal proceedings.
Zentramatch is Not a Broker or Agent: Zentramatch is not a broker or agent for any member. Zentramatch does not participate in discussions between members or prospects, nor is Zentramatch responsible for the outcome of such discussions.
Content Rights
Zentramatch Content Ownership: You agree that all content on Zentramatch, excluding your content and third-party content (including advertisements) for which Zentramatch has the necessary licenses/rights, belongs to the company that owns Zentramatch ().
Your Content Ownership and License Grant:
Zentramatch's Right to Monitor and Remove Content: While Zentramatch does not have an obligation to monitor your profile content, Zentramatch may remove content/information that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Zentramatch may also terminate or suspend your registration without a refund of any subscription fees paid if your content violates these Terms. Additionally, Zentramatch may restrict communication between members at its sole discretion.

False Complaints
If you file a false complaint against another Zentramatch Matrimony prospect, resulting in the suspension or deletion of their profile, Zentramatch Matrimony reserves the right to:

Disclaimer

No Liability for Suspension/Deletion: If Zentramatch Matrimony suspends or deletes your profile in good faith due to a complaint, Zentramatch Matrimony will not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses, or consequences.
Termination by You or Zentramatch Matrimony: Either party may terminate membership by providing written notice to the other party seven (7) days in advance. All amounts paid by you to Zentramatch Matrimony up to the date of termination will be forfeited.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination/suspension of your membership, your right to use or access the Zentramatch Matrimony website/app and services will cease immediately. All provisions of these terms and conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including disclaimers and limitations of liability. Termination of your access will not relieve you of any obligations arising before such termination.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Jurisdiction: Your Zentramatch Matrimony membership and all services are deemed to have been entered into within the territorial jurisdiction of Chennai, India.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: Zentramatch Matrimony members agree that all disputes will be governed by the Laws of India and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate court of law in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Services
BM’s Doorstep Services shall assist the Customer in registering their profile in Zentramatch Matrimony and / or Community Matrimony (hereinafter referred to as BM) website/ app.
The Doorstep service agent will guide the Customer through the process of creating their profile, usage of BM website/ app, and enlighten the Customer about the existing 'Till You Marry' premium package and its benefits.
Eligibility
All Indian citizens above 18 years residing within the territory of Chennai, India can avail the doorstep services.

Upon availing the doorstep services, the Customer acknowledges that they understand and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
